  • We accept Cash on Delivery, Debit Card, Credit Card and Store Credit as a method of Payment.
  • Shipments will be delivered within 3-5 days for most of the areas. However, in some Countries due to customs processing (like Egypt) delivery might take up to 10 working days
  • Once AWB (Air Way Bill Number used to track your shipments) is generated by the shipping department, customers will be intimated by registered email and mobile number.
  • If Orders are from Dubai and of less than AED 500 will be charged AED 10 shipping fee(non-refundable). Orders of AED 500 or more will be delivered free.
  • If Orders are from UAE outside of Dubai and of less than AED 500 will be charged AED 14 shipping fee(non-refundable). Orders of AED 500 or more will be delivered free.
  • For delivery orders to an out of service area, merchandise will be delivered to the nearest Aramex office
