We want you to be completely satisfied with your order from F5Global.com. If for any reason you're not, you can return most unused items for a full refund within 14 days of receiving them.

Here's what you can return:

  • Merchandise that arrives damaged or defective
  • Items that are different from what you ordered
  • Any unused item in its original packaging with all tags attached

Here's what you can't do:

  • We unfortunately don't offer exchanges at this time.

How to return an item:

  1. Simply email us at [email address removed] to let us know about your return.
  2. We'll provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the conditions above, we'll issue you a full refund.

What can be returned:

  • Unused merchandise with original tags and invoice
  • Items that arrived damaged or defective

  • Sports bras, socks, or gift vouchers
  • Items that have been used or altered

Return options:

  • In-Store: Visit the F5 Store in Dubai Hills Mall with the original invoice for a full refund.
  • Mail-in:
    1. Contact F5Global by email (info@f5global.com) or phone (+971508344710) to request a return.
    2. We'll arrange a courier pick-up from your delivery address.
    3. Ensure the item is unused, in original packaging with tags and invoice included.

Damaged items:

  • If your item arrives damaged, don't accept delivery! Contact us for a return and replacement (free shipping).

Refunds:

  • Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, we'll issue a full refund (excluding shipping fees for non-damaged returns).

Note:

  • You have 14 days from receiving the item to initiate a return.
  • We cannot process returns without a proper invoice.

  2. We'll arrange pickup: Once your request is received, we'll schedule a courier to collect the item from your original delivery address within 3-4 working days.
  3. Pack it up: Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging with all tags and the original sales invoice included.
  4. Refunds: Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, we'll process a refund within 14 working days.
    • Refunds are issued to the same debit/credit card or online banking account used for the original purchase.
    • Please note, processing time by your bank may vary.

  • You have 14 days from receiving the item to initiate a return via courier collection.
  • Returns will only be processed if the item is unused, with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
