We want you to be completely satisfied with your order from F5Global.com. If for any reason you're not, you can return most unused items for a full refund within 14 days of receiving them.
Here's what you can return:

- Any unused item in its original packaging with all tags attached

How to return an item:

- We'll provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the conditions above, we'll issue you a full refund.

- In-Store: Visit the F5 Store in Dubai Hills Mall with the original invoice for a full refund.
- Mail-in:
- Contact F5Global by email (info@f5global.com) or phone (+971508344710) to request a return.
- We'll arrange a courier pick-up from your delivery address.
- Ensure the item is unused, in original packaging with tags and invoice included.
Damaged items:
- If your item arrives damaged, don't accept delivery! Contact us for a return and replacement (free shipping).
Refunds:
- Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, we'll issue a full refund (excluding shipping fees for non-damaged returns).
Note:
- You have 14 days from receiving the item to initiate a return.
- We cannot process returns without a proper invoice.

- Refunds: Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, we'll process a refund within 14 working days.
- Refunds are issued to the same debit/credit card or online banking account used for the original purchase.
- Please note, processing time by your bank may vary.
