Refund policy

F5Global Return Policy:

• Hassle-free returns: Get a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
• What can be returned: Unused items with original tags and invoice. Damaged or defective items. Items that differ from your order.
  
• Return options: Contact F5Global by email: info@f5global.com or WhatsApp: +971508344710 to request a return and courier pick-up.
  
• Damaged items: If your items arrive damaged, don't accept delivery. Contact us for a return and replacement (free shipping).
  
• Refunds: Full refund upon receiving and verifying the returned item (excluding shipping fees for non-damaged returns).

Need to return an item? Here's how it works:

• Contact F5Global: Call customer support (+971508344710) or email (info@f5global.com) to request a return.
• We'll arrange pickup: Once your request is received, we'll schedule a courier to collect the item from your original delivery address within 3-4 working days.
• Pack it up: Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging with all tags and the original sales invoice included.
• Refunds: Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, we'll process a refund within 14 working days.
  
  Refunds are issued to the same debit/credit card or online banking account used for the original purchase.
  Please note, processing time by your bank may vary.
  

Exchange:

• One-time exchange of the product purchased from F5 Global within a specified exchange period of 14 days will be replaced at no cost. For any other exchange, you will be charged AED 20 for shipping.
  
• For a smooth exchange procedure, make sure all the items are in original condition, with all the tags and packaging intact.
  
• All the products eligible for exchange can only be exchanged once.
  
• The applicable refund amount for exchange will only be initiated post successful pick up of the original product.
  
• The item can not be exchanged for multiple products and you can select a single item for exchange. While you can exchange multiple items at the same time, you initiate separate exchange requests for each of them.
  
• We do not accept returns on products like sports bra, socks, accessories, customized & altered items.
  

Important:

• You have 14 days to initiate a return.
• Include the original invoice with your return.
  
• Unused items with original packaging and tags are required for returns.
