Shipping policy

  • We accept Debit Card, Credit Card, Apple Pay, KNet, Mada& Tabby as methods of Payment.
  • Shipments within UAE will be delivered within 2 business days.
  • However, for KSA, Qatar and Kuwait, delivery might take up to 5 business days.
  • Once AWB (Air Way Bill Number used to track your shipments) is generated by the shipping department, customers will be intimated by registered email and mobile number.
  • Orders from UAE and of less than AED 200 will be charged AED 20 shipping fee(non-refundable). Orders of AED 200 or more will be delivered free.
  • Orders from GCC Region - Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain and of less than AED 200 will be charged AED 30 shipping fee(non-refundable). Orders of AED 200 or more will be delivered free.
  • For delivery orders to an out of service area, orders will be delivered to the nearest office of our Delivery Partner.
  • The following areas are defined by our Delivery Partner as out of service areas.

Out of Service Delivery Area

The following list details locations within the UAE that are classified as "out of delivery" areas wherein a hand delivery cannot be affected.

Non-Delivery Areas in Al Ain vicinity:

  4. Shuhaib
  5. Al Oha
  6. Zakher
  7. Maqam
  8. Hill
  9. Meyzad (after camp)

Deliveries cannot be made to islands that come under Abu Dhabi jurisdiction, all security controlled zones and defence areas.

As an alternative arrangement, these shipments can be held at the Aramex Abu Dhabi Office for the consignee's collection between 7.30-19.30hrs.
